No matter where you are in your life, I'll be by your side, supporting you with practical nutrition and wellness advice and recalibrating your mindset, so you can finally step into the life you've always dreamt about.

Your habits decide your future. Where you are in 5 years literally depends on the small actions you take every single day. We’ll work on core principles such as food, exercise, sleep, hydration, and stress.

You probably already know veggies are good for you and you should drink more water. But there’s more to nutrition and wellness than that. You won’t get a meal plan or a new diet guide from me. Instead, I’ll guide you in this confusing world of healthy eating and show you the principles you need to optimize your health.

Your subconscious thoughts about food, your body, and your health determine your health outcomes. That’s why we’ll work on changing your perception of self – so you can finally become the healthy, happy version of yourself you’ve always dreamt of becoming.

What Does Nutrition Consultation Look Like?

If you’ve never consulted with a nutritionist or wellness specialist, you may be confused or have some doubts. My goal is to make this process smooth for you – the focus is on your life and health goals and making sure you can move forward by improving your wellness.

Here’s a quick blueprint on what a typical nutrition consultation relationship will look like:

  • Step 1: Fill out the contact form below to reach out to me.
  • Step 2: I’ll get back to you and you’ll fill out a wellness form, so we could be on the same page regarding your current health status and your future progress. During this step, you’ll also be asked to submit your 1 to 3 day meal overview.
  • Step 3: I’ll analyze your information and we’ll schedule a call or we’ll have a chat session, during which we’ll discuss your concerns.
  • Step 4: You’ll walk away with some key takeaways you can instantly work and improve upon. We’ll then have a follow-up session in 2-3 weeks (optional).
