What Does Nutrition Consultation Look Like?
If you’ve never consulted with a nutritionist or wellness specialist, you may be confused or have some doubts. My goal is to make this process smooth for you – the focus is on your life and health goals and making sure you can move forward by improving your wellness.
Here’s a quick blueprint on what a typical nutrition consultation relationship will look like:
- Step 1: Fill out the contact form below to reach out to me.
- Step 2: I’ll get back to you and you’ll fill out a wellness form, so we could be on the same page regarding your current health status and your future progress. During this step, you’ll also be asked to submit your 1 to 3 day meal overview.
- Step 3: I’ll analyze your information and we’ll schedule a call or we’ll have a chat session, during which we’ll discuss your concerns.
- Step 4: You’ll walk away with some key takeaways you can instantly work and improve upon. We’ll then have a follow-up session in 2-3 weeks (optional).
